I joined Altiegde end of October. Was first analyzed to see what’s my fitness level. Then the workouts were planned extremely well and monitored on daily basis. With my erratic schedule it was Not easy to be disciplined and follow the workouts on time. I had to workout at different gyms all over the world and hence all the machines weren’t available always to me. Satyadeep and Chirag were always approachable and gave me alternative exercises whenever I needed them. I never feel like missing out a workout and look forward everyday morning to doing my best . I see a good difference in my endurance today and even my energy levels have gone up. Eagerly waiting to climb a mountain to see the change in me and test my self.
